Jason AdkinsGrowing up a conservative evangelical, Jason was taught to treasure holiness, care for the poor, frugality for the sake of having something to share, to flee cultural idols, and to expect the end of the world. This teaching shaped him to become an urban farmer at Trevecca University where he teaches Environmental Justice at Trevecca University’s J.V. Morsch Center for Social Justice and prepares for the life of the world to come. Jason thinks that our most important business is the care of creation and that good farming is the best way to accomplish that. Jason likes french fries, cycling, his wife and six kids, books, conspiring for agrarian revolt, camping, and general outdoorsiness.
