Caleb Cray HaynesDirectorCaleb is co-founder of Nazarenes for Creation Care, and a speaker, writer, and advocate on issues of environmental justice for the church at large. Caleb is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and received a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from Trevecca Nazarene University and studied Theology: Ecology (M.A.) from Nazarene Theological College in Manchester, UK. He is host of The ecoChristian Podcast and the author of Garbage Theology and co-author of Keeping Creation a 5-week study on creation care. He serves on the board of Creation Justice Ministries and is a Partner with the Evangelical Environmental Network and One Home One Future. Caleb and his wife Emily live in Nashville, TN with their two daughters, Story and Daily.

Morgan LaneMorgan Lane is a homesteader and "Momma" to four amazing kiddos - a son and three daughters. She has a B.A. in Religion from Trevecca Nazarene University, and her husband, Doug, have been serving in church ministry in Indiana since 2008. Morgan is a co-founder of Sojourn House, a residential and outreach program for women who have been trafficked. She is an advocate for stewarding God's good creation and continues to make changes in her daily habits and lifestyle to avoid adding to the brokenness of the world around us. She has always had a deep desire for justice for the broken and the hurting. This desire fuels her work to pursue justice for ALL of God's creation - from the soil to her chickens to her "neighbors" around the world.

Arwyn Henry Arwyn Henry is a Christian, scientist, and advocate for environmental protection, currently residing in Topeka, Kansas. Her connection to nature began in her formative years near Yellowstone National Park and was shaped by her father's early adoption of renewable energy. Arwyn's passion for creation care grew through her studies in biology and experiences in Costa Rica, which reinforced her belief in the importance of protecting the planet, which she sees as a reflection of God's creation. Now a mother, she feels a strong responsibility to advocate for climate action and justice, driven by her desire to ensure a sustainable future for her son. Rachel HaflerRachel Hafler is a spiritual director, baker, and fierce advocate for justice issues- from immigration to the environment. She deeply cares about composting, food justice, and reducing waste as ways to honor God’s creation and live sustainably. Her passion for connecting with people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds led to her earning an M.A. in TESOL. And while she's no longer teaching English, she is using her skills to serve refugee and immigrant neighbors as the Director of Immigration Ministries for the New England District of the Church of the Nazarene. Rachel's husband Jacob is a pastor and together they’re proud “parents” to two mini-bernedoodles.

Deirdre Brower-LatzDeirdre Brower Latz is the Principal of Nazarene Theological College, a validated partner college of the University of Manchester in the UK. An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with farming roots, she's immersed in urban living. She's passionate about creation care as part of God's love for the world and God's longing for the utter peace and Shalom of creation.

Todd & Roshanda WomackTodd is a social worker by profession. He currently serves as a lecturer and academic advisor at the University of Michigan- Flint, in the Social Work Department. Roshanda is a storyteller and educational consultant. Together they serve as Pastors of the Underground Church. Todd’s passion for racial equity and equality is evident in his continued dedication and work towards strengthening Flint neighborhoods and supporting realistic and solution focused experiences. Roshanda loves singing, poetry and storytelling.

Laurie J. BraatenLaurie J. Braaten, M.Div. Nazarene Theological Seminary, 1979; Ph.D. Boston University, 1987. Laurie is an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has served pastoral roles in four congregations. He has Biblical Studies and Religion and Ecology courses at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA and Judson University in Elgin, IL. He has published articles and essays on Creation care, ecological theology and ecological interpretation of the Bible. He is on the steering committee of the Ecological Hermeneutics Section of the Society of Biblical Literature and is a member of the Wesleyan Theological Society.

Ângela MorenoDr. Ângela Moreno is an Agricultural Engineer and has a PhD in Biosystems Engineering-Rural Engineering, a Masters in Hydraulics and Water Resources. She is currently, President of the National Research Institute for Agricultural Development (INIDA), and Chair of the Governing Board of CORAF - an international non-profit association working to enhance prosperity, food, and nutrition security in West and Central Africa. Dr. Moreno is a member of the General Board of the Church of the Nazarene and a Member of the Executive Committee of the General Board, serving as Vice President of the Local Church Ministries at the Global level. She is a mother of three and lives in Cape Verde with her husband Alfred Moreno.

Brit BolerjackBrit is one of the pastors at OKC First Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma City. She is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She's been passionate about the planet since she was a little kid, but found her way to a low waste lifestyle and gardening in the last 5 years. She lives with her husband and new baby, 5 housemates, 11 chickens, 1 dog! She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry in Land, Food, and Faith Formation from Memphis Theological Seminary.

Tim Bowen-EvansTim is the NCM coordinator for the Eurasia Region – supporting community development and humanitarian initiatives through Nazarene churches in Europe, Middle East and South Asia. Tim grew up in Bangladesh and has worked in the humanitarian sector in Central Asia and the Middle East, working with refugees and asylum seekers, education, peace-building, youth empowerment and urban agriculture. For the last 7 years, Tim has been serving as a Program Coordinator for NCM International, working in the areas of emergency response, child development, clean water, displaced peoples, anti-trafficking, economic development and community health. He is a guest lecturer at Nazarene Theological College in Manchester, where he teaches Christian Approaches to Humanitarian and Development Practices (MA-Program). He has an MA in Development Studies and a BA in Theology. Tim holds a district license in the Church of the Nazarene and has served as a local minister in the Middle East for 3 years. Tim is passionate about social justice and the environment – believing local churches have both the ability and the responsibility to contribute to meaningful change.
